Welcome to Sugar and Smut! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our subscription gift box service ("Service"), operated by Sugar and Smut ("we", "us", or "our"). By subscribing or purchasing from Sugar and Smut, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Subscription Service
Sugar and Smut offers a recurring subscription service featuring curated romance and romantasy books, themed snacks, and novelty items. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and will automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with Section 5.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to Sugar and Smut. By subscribing, you affirm that you meet this requirement and that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
3. Billing and Payment
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis for the chosen subscription plan. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and may be subject to change with prior notice. Payment must be received prior to shipment.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to US, Canada, UK. Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellation must be completed before the renewal date. Due to the nature of our curated boxes, we do not offer refunds for shipped boxes or partial subscription periods.
6. One Time Purchases
In addition to our subscription boxes, Sugar and Smut may offer limited edition or one-time purchase boxes or products. These items are not part of the recurring subscription service and will be billed as a single transaction at the time of purchase. Availability is limited and purchases are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
All one-time purchases are final sale. No cancellations, returns or refunds will be accepted unless the item arrives damaged or is missing. If you experience any issues with a one-time order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
7. Returns and Replacements
All sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or missing item, please contact us at support@sugarandsmut.com within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Sugar and Smut, including images, packaging, branding, and marketing materials, are the property of Sugar and Smut and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sugar and Smut is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. All products are used at your own risk. Please check for allergens or warnings on included items.
10. Modification to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
