Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting Sugar and Smut! We're a small Canadian business creating hand-crafted, love-infused subscription boxes and novelty gifts for romance lovers everywhere. We appreciate your patience as we work hard to deliver magic straight to your mailbox.
Processing Time
Because most of our items are handmade with care in small batches, please allow 2-4 weeks for processing before your order is shipped. Subscription boxes are typically shipped on a set schedule, while one-time purchases are fulfilled as soon as possible within the above timeframe.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We ship via Canada Post or Purolator, and other reputable carriers to ensure your goodies arrive safely. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Canada and to select international locations. Please note that international shipments may take longer to arrive and may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Combined Orders
If you've placed multiple orders close together, we may combine them into one shipment when possible to reduce packaging and environmental impact.
Delays
As a small business, we do our best to meet expected shipping timelines. However, delays can occasionally occur due to supply availability, carrier delays, or high order volumes - especially around holidays. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@sugarandsmut.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll do our best to make it right.
