Refund Policy
We hand-pack each order and inspect all items before shipping to ensure they aren't damaged. However, we also understand that things happen and orders can be damaged in the shipping process. If you received a damaged book or a damaged item within your box, you must reach out to us at support@sugarandsmut.com within seven days of receipt and we will either organize a replacement, or if a replacement is not possible, we will remedy the situation. We may ask that you send the damaged items back to us.
We will need photos of the damaged products so we can assess.
The Following Qualifies as Damaged

spine split in half or visible dents/scrapes more than 20mm

entire pages missing, water damage

broken figurines, torn packaging that affects integrity of the product (cocktail/mocktail kits or garnish kits that have split open)

large rips or tears in books (excludes small superficial tears)
Doesn't Qualify As Damage
-
minor scuffs on edges or minimal dings that don't affect the readability or display
-
wavy pages from printing or storage
-
sugar cubes that have lost their shape or crumbled
Please note that this is guidance and if you feel like your package may meet criteria not listed, do reach out and let us know. We want you to be happy with your box! Replacements will be at our discretion. If we identify misuse of our refund/replacement policy (for resale purposes), we reserve the right to decline future replacement requests or to decline to serve the customer in the future.
